Hotline

Details on how to contact the ombudsmen are available in the main Group languages (German, English, Spanish, Portuguese, Czech, Chinese and Italian) by calling the hotline on +49 (0) 69 65 30 04 90. Information on corruption which is available in languages other than English or German can also be forwarded by fax to +49 (0) 69 65 00 95 23. 

Online reports to ombudsmen

In addition to the classic methods of contact, whistle-blowers can now also use the Business Keeper Monitoring System (BKMS) for online reports. Using the Business Keeper Monitoring System, reports can be submitted to ombudsmen of the Volkswagen Group from anywhere in the world, at any time and in an especially secure environment.
