Analysis of Potential

The basis for internal recruiting of participants for the Development Programme is a company-wide standard analysis of abilities. A selection process at 2-year intervals is used to select the most suitable participants.

The criteria are:

Performance
Potential for leadership or specialist assignments
Employee mobility
